Either it wasn't synthetic pee, or the people who tested you just f**ked up and misplaced you pee with someone elses(sound weird but it happens).
If its levels of Tetrahydrocannabinol are high, then that means that synthetic pee is either contaminated, or that it has been intentionally spiked to provide an example of how the urine of someone who has been smoking marijuana would likely be composed. THC levels increase while an individual is smoking marijuana, so it is used in drug tests along with other determining factors to see if the person in question has been smoking marijuana or not.
