What are homeopathic remedy pills made from?!

Question: What are homeopathic remedy pills made from?
I am on a very low carb diet and I am wondering what homeopathic remedy pills are made from. They are rather sweet, so I am a bit worried that they are made of sugar. Thanks.

I just LOVE people who talk without doing any research at all. Homeopathic remedies are made from plants, minerals and animals.Yes they do have a lactose base. Are they effective? If recommended by someone who knows what they are doing they work. Do they work for everyone? No..wow that sounds just like traditional medicine..Hmmmm.. Before one trashes an entire therapy it would behoove them to look into it and not just express an ignorant opinion.

They are made from sugar. Not only are they completely without medical benefit, but they violate your diet. Don't waste money on homeopathy.

I like how the supporters of homeopathy here are so completely stupid that they don't even know what a troll is. A good sign they don't know what they're talking about.

They are made of sugar. At one point in the manufacturing process, water was dripped onto them. Then the pills were left to dry, meaning that the water evaporated. So what you get when you take homeopathic remedy pills is sugar - nothing else.

Yep, as mentioned they're 100% sugar pills. Any effects are purely placebo, they do not 'remedy' or act as a medicine.

Certainly one of the largest scams that consumers face in the 21st Century.

They are 100% sugar. Zero active ingredients so you may as well stop taking them. Homeopathy is a preposterous scam.

The pills are made of sugar of milk and medicine is added in liquid form.

The base material is referred to as "sac-lac". It is milk sugar.
The trolls are a source of disinformation, not information.

Sugar, lies, and ignorance.
