Everything in my upper body hurts...?!

have had pains in my chest for 2 years, head (that feels like bruises, and severe cuts and swelling like somethings gonna explode). Also in my neck, my arms, chest, stomach and back.. basically everywhere in my upper body. Note the head pain is NOT a migraine. When the pain gets bad, it feels like a really bad burning sensation on top of a huge cut and i feel really dizzy and nauseated. The nausea didn't start till last month, but the doctor has ran about every test they can do to figure it out. MRI/MRA, CT scans 6 months before that all with contrast and without. I am tired of being on the antidepressants. The doctor thought it may have been anxiety so he sent me to a psych and they put me on klonopin and amitriptyline. The amitriptyline did help, but the klonopin just made me anxious if i ever skipped a dose, so i stopped it.. So it definitely isn't anxiety and both doctors said it probably isn't. I'm wondering what this could be, and if someone can please help me out, it would be greatly appreciated. btw this IS indeed my 2nd opinion that i've gotten. i'm out of options.
