Question: Confused about Nuva Ring days?
Hi I have been on nuva ring for a while but im not sure I have the days correct so I need some help. Ok so I take out the ring today 12/22 so would I put it back in on day 7 12/28 or day 8 12/29?
If its too confusing simply do I put it back in on day 7 or 8? thanks
And do I take it out on day 21 or 22?

If you take it out on the 22nd you would start back again on the 29th. The best way to figure this out is just add 7 to whatever day you took it out. 22+7=29, there you go.
