Kava-Kava and E Combination?!

your friend will be fine. i dont think that nekka understands what vitamin e is though. but i do not think the kava kava will be noticeable at all after taking the e.

What is he trying to accomplish? Kava is a relaxant, E an antioxidant.

Best thing for both of you is to read up on what these two substances do. Start with the link below. There are side effects and drug/herb interactions, and health conditions to be considered when taking any supplement. Just because it's natural doesn't mean it can be taken any old way.

Vitamin E and kava are not related at all so I don't see a problem. Has he taken Kava previously? I'd start with smaller dose and work up to more if possible.
