The chemical structure of Ativan is C15H10Cl2N2O2,
If you've had high school chemistry, you can figure this out yourself by looking for the chemical element for sulfur, which is an "S". There isn't any, no sulfur, therefore cannot be a sulfa drug.

If you have allergies to sulfa drug, be sure your doctor(s) know so that you are not prescribed anything in the sulfa class.
