Can you smoke water vapor in those new E cigarettes?!

OK, I'll do what I want and the people on here who will say,"oh its so bad for you it can get you addicted...." I dont care what you have to think. I just want to know if there is something you can smoke that has no poisons in it.. Like could you smoke just a straight zig zag that you can buy? I just want to blow smoke and **** like that. Thanks
