Question: What is the quickest way to treat a sore throat?
I've had a sore throat where when I swallow there is a sharp pain for the past two to three days anyone know how I can treat it? Thanks.

That depends on what is causing the sore throat in the first place. If it bacterial antibiotics are needed, if it is viral you have to wait it out, if it is strained you need to let it rest.

Pseudafed will stop the post nasal drip which is probably causing the sore throat. Works best if tried on first day. Can usually avoid getting a cold.

Ginger tea with some honey always did the trick for me.

Hot tea with lemon juice and honey.
Gargle with grapefruit seed extract or salt water (preferably sea salt).

Menthol throat lozenges soothe a sore throat.

NATURAL YOGURT WILL EASE PAIN AND KILL BACTERIA.
