Smoke weed, take Prozac or another SSRI (They prevent the re uptake of serotonin into the pre synaptic cell, resulting in more serotonin for use). Take 5htp (It increases serotonin levels in the brain because it it metabolized into serotonin) but with this I would recommend taking carbodopa in conjunction with it (It prevents metabolism of 5htp into serotonin or 5ht in the liver. Serotonin in the body cannot pass the blood brain barrier because it is not lipid soluble. Carbodopa delays metabolism until it is already in the brain). Many people take benzodiazepines such as alprolazam (Xanax), diazepam (Valium) or clonazepam (Klonopin). These work by binding to the GABA(a) receptors in the brain increasing GABA's (a neurotransmitter) efficiency to bind. This creates an influx of chloride ions across the neuronal cell membrane creating an inhibitory effect (keeps cells from firing).

For sleep smoke weed, take melatonin or take a sleeping pill such as Restoril (temazepam) or Ambien (zolpidem)

I am studying to be a neuropharmacologist

unfortunately, it's taking more ecstasy. just suffer through it, this is the only bad part of this drug.

Take half of what you have taken after you crash, and then half of that.
