I seem to have a canker sore on the back of my uvula, and on the sides od my throat, it is unbearably painful to swallow both liquid and solids, like swallowing mouthfuls of glass. I quit smoking recently, but I still drink regularly. mix together 4 tablespns honey, 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tsp of cayenne pepper and 1/2 tsp cloves, after its mixed up, swallow it.

omg, i know how you feel. i had a sore throat last month. i felt like i was swallowing glass and nails. so painful. i drank hot lipton lemon tea with lots of honey. it feels better.
