What medicine can I take for head congestion?!


Question: What medicine can I take for head congestion?
When I say head congestion, I mean like everything involving my face/head is congested.
My nose is runny as hell and feels like stuffed with phlegm.
And I've been getting headaches very easily. And my eyes feel huge and bloat-y?
And whenever I lean over or bend my head down, it feels extremely heavy and weighed down.

I know I have some type of head cold or congestion. I just don't know what I should take for it.

*When I blow my nose, the phlegm comes out thick and vaguely white. Usually I know I have an infection if it comes out yellow with anything green or red. And that hasn't happened yet, so I'm hoping to catch whatever this is - early*

So any ideas as to what I can take?
