No. Homeopathy has NO medicine in it. It is water, or sugar pills. English (real medicine) uses SCIENCE. Homeopathy uses WITCHCRAFT. Homeopaths are LIARS.

EDIT: @stephan, there has already been many serious ‘tests’ of homeopathy; the fact remains that homeopathy has never been shown in robust clinical trials or studies to be effective for any condition. On top of that you have zero prior plausibility.

I watched your Vithoulkas video. So what was the point of posting that? It certainly hasn’t provided any new evidence for homeopathy, just the same old lame excuses.

Vithoulkas claims homeopathy stimulates the immune system. So what is the mechanism of action for this; what is the evidence that plain water can have such an effect? Why did he not provide this information?

He says homeopaths need to be “more precise” and “knowledgeable” - then homeopathy will spread. What about just getting some proper research done, peer reviewed and published in proper medical journals, like all medicine in the real world?

Talk about serious testing - Vithoulkas is refusing to have his homeopathy tested by the JREF for James Randi’s million dollar challenge. Vithoulkas is lying about rule changes, while the JREF only require he submit a normal application like anyone else.

Finally, what disaster are you talking about? Medical science has eradicated diseases – tell me one thing that homeopathy has achieved in population health besides a providing an elaborate placebo effect.

Homeopathy is the second most frequently used form of medicine worldwide. It is a 200 year old system of medical practice used by 10's of millions of people. It's safe, gentle and effective. And the practice is growing by about 20% a year. It has no toxic side effects. It's holistic, which means that it treats the whole person.
Yes it's better than (English) Western conventional medicine.

Homeopathy is nonsense

The fact that lots of people practice it does not mean it is true

If there is nothing much wrong with you, you may feel better for all kinds of reasons
Regression to the mean is one reason - you take it when you are ill, then you get better - homeopathy or any other treatment had nothing to do with it, its just the natural course of events

If you really are ill, for goodness sake don't waste time and money on homeopaths - it only works for people who are not seriously ill

But i can tell you that homeopathy is a load of crap and does not work in anyway.

I'm a chiropractor.

Homeopathy = No good. No used in hospitals.

English Medicines = Very good. Use in hospital, make feel well.

Only Homoeopathy cures rapidly, gently and permanently. Any other mode only suppresses the symptoms.
