How do I get rid of my sore throat?!


Question: How do I get rid of my sore throat?
I came back from Las Vegas on Tuesday and then on Wednesday my throat got really sore. I've tried DayQuil and NyQuil but my cold and sore throat didn't get better. What should I do? Thanks!

It took about 10 to 14 days to get rid of a really severe sore throat last year. I used Chloroseptic Throat Spray and drank a lot of Chamomile Tea ( also referred to as Camomile Tea ) it's known to
be good for sore throat, it is antiseptic. You can add a bit of honey and/or lemon if you choose.
If you are a smoker, now is a excellent time to quit.
Careful about your toothbrush and such things. It's possible to re-infect yourself by making contact
with those old germs or viruses later. That's what I read. To play it safe, I added a slight amount of bleach
to water in a cup & parked my toothbrush in it when not in use.
