Question: How do I massage effectively?

So I want to give my 60 year old parents a massage for Christmas! Problem is, I don't know how! I tried searching it up, but all the instructions were sexual in nature... and I'm pretty sure neither I nor my parents would enjoy such a massage.

Any tips? Videos? Instructions? Thanks in advance!

There are actually plenty of instructional videos on youtube for clinical massage. I have an outline of a basic Swedish massage on my website (www.jennyrock.com) -- it's listed under "Educational Information" and then "JMU Passport" and then "Partner Massage." Nothing sexual about it. :)

Also, if you do some Google searches for "Basic Swedish Massage Routine" you should get some good stuff.

Just do what feels good! Swedish is pretty basic massage, and just avoid obvious bones and "trouble" areas (elbow crease, knee pit, etc.) Google time!
