i need 600 calcium and 400 mg magnesium
is there any supplement with the combination of the two, if not can you describe two separate ones. please!

Whoever told you that you need the above supplements to your diet is absolutely correct. They do make Calcium with Magnesium added. You just have to go to you local supermarket and look to see what they carry. Vitamin D comes in a liquid which is the best you can get. The liquid absorbs into the blood stream under the tongue instead of going through the hydrochloric acid in the stomach which destroys a lot of the vitamins you take. Liquids are always the best.
