Nothing. Period. Essential oils aren't going to treat it, and most of them sure shouldn't be used in that region. If you are old enough to have sex it's time to "man up" and be responsible for yourself. See a doctor to have those treated before they spread and you spread them to others.

Since this is in the "Alternative" section, I will assume you are open to new and possibly undiscovered (by mainstream healthcare) remedies.

This is a link to everything about essential oils. The first oil recommended is oregano oil. It has really great anti-microbial properties and kills just about anything bad. It is a hot oil, so you'll want to dilute it, but then apply it directly to the affected area 2-3 times daily.
Also, you will want to make sure the oil you are using is pure. To say "Pure" on the label, it only has to actually be 10% pure. I highly recommend doTerra essential oils, as they are 100% certified pure therapeutic grade.
