Question: Can I take this nyquil?
my mom wants me to take some nyquil before I go to bed but I've already taken two doses of dayquil today on the warning label it says do not use with any other drug containing acetaminophen and dayquil says the same thing what does this mean im so confused help i dont want to have to call the question line for something so stupid!!!!

You are quite safe to take a dose of 1 gram of acetaminophen every 6 hours, which means you can have 4 doses every 24 hours.
So yes, you are fine to take your Nyquil, even though you have had the Dayquil as well, as long as the total dose of acetaminophen does not exceed the 4 grams in a 24 hour period.
