Well one of the worst things to do is to ask the internet about it, because your eye could be getting infected already, and you have a lot of people who won't take this seriously. You want to go to a doctor and have them examine it, and I wouldn't pull it out, that could cause some serious damage.

If there is any particle, remove it and wash with plenty of water. If you have any eye drops you can put that. If you do not have you can consult a Doctor.
