First of all, why would you want to? Besides the potential for nasty side effects, no drug is good for carpal tunnel. In spite of what the copycat articles say, knowledgeable doctors now know that drugs including the over the counter anti-inflammatory drugs can make your problem worse in the long run. Drugs may relieve pain and inflammation in the short run, but drugs interfere with the body's natural healing processes. The irritants in the carpal tunnel aren't cleaned out and that makes things worse in the long run.

Drugs only mask symptoms they do not get rid of the cause.

Icing and topical pain creams are a much better choice for pain and inflammation but you can cure carpal tunnel yourself with self massage to the forearm and the tendons that run from the forearm to the fingers. (those tendons go through the carpal tunnel.
