You can easily get 600mg of DHA per day but not in one capsule. The capsule would be too big to swallow!
Generally, you are going to need to take the fish oil straight up by spoon from a bottle or choose a high quality 3 (or more) per day gelcap.

I used to work in the dietary supplements field.
As far as I know the strongest fish oil capsules are 1,500 mg capsules containing 180 mg of DHA and 270 mg of EPA. If you take 4 such capsules per day you would be getting 720 mg of DHA per day.
If you want 600 mg of DHA in a supplement you would probably have to get an omega 3 supplement that has been extracted from fish oil to concentrate the DHA and EPA omega 3s if such supplements exist.
You probably won't find it. They're behind with producing one that has that much DHA--but on Bodybuilding.com I found one that has 400 mg of DHA which is pretty good too--I simply take 2 of them per day.....
