When and How to Take a Vitamin?!


Question: When and How to Take a Vitamin?
Im taking Biotin to stop hair loss. Should I take it in the morning or at night? With food? With water?

Take it at night, an hour before you go to sleep. Sleep is when our bodies use the most nutrients to grow hair and build muscle, etc.

Taking it with food and water will help you digest it.



take it at night before you go to sleep because stress can make hair grow slower and you aren't stressed when you sleep so it will be like doubly helpful haha...
drink a full glass of water with it, if your hungry then by all means eat when you take it, but food doesn't really affect it. Actually eating close to bedtome makes you gain a little weight so I wouldn't eat with it.
this is what I did when I wanted my hair to grow longer with a hair growth supplement.

Take it any time you like but it won't help you. Supplements are a waste of money.
