Omeprazole home abortion?!?!

Question: Omeprazole home abortion?!?
I am kinda unsure about this! My friend just told me she has just inserted some Omeprazole into her vagina hoping it will work like Cytotec and encourage miscarriage. Is this safe and will it work? Please no pro-lifer BS in the answers. I'm not interested in hearing that. We all have the right to our own choices.

Really research it please...you do not know what it might do...please be careful !!!

Best of luck !

I am pro-life, but I won't try to talk you out of it, rather help you. You really shouldn't attempt a home abortion. There are severe risks involved, and you could really injure yourself. It is not safe. If you can not afford an abortion, it may be good to talk to someone about options you may have. You don't want to rush into it, and above all you need to make a safe decision.

Your friend should really consult a doctor. I don't think inserting omeprazole into your vagina is the best thing to do somehow. If she is considering having an abortion, tell her to make an appointment to see her doctor asap. Otherwise she could end up hurting herself.

Omeprazole is an antacid, stops the stomach producing acid, not sure how it would encourage miscarriage. Please be careful what you use, do it properly through your doctor or the foetus could be deformed.

omperazole (losec) is used for stomach inflammation and ulcers.. it's interesting we do have choices- esp. ones when choosing the consquences of sex.

Your friend sounds a little stupid, don't pay any attention to this nonsense. You need to see a doctor as soon as possible.
