Both are analgesic opioids and will have pretty much the same affect if equivalent doses are taken. On a per dosage basis oxycodone (sold as Oxycontin if it's time-release) will provide better pain relief and euphoria (perhaps that's what you meant by "head rush"?) If you're taking it properly there will be very little euphoria from either because of the time release coating though.

If you chewed the pills or insufflated them you would get a lot more euphoria but the pain relief wouldn't last as long and you'd probably get addicted.

Which one works better for pain depends on the patient. For some morphine is best, other the OxyC.

Your question about "head rush" makes me more than a little suspicious.
