I saw an article on the news about a Filipino baby smoking and that was just terrible to see that and what's more the parents thought it was just fine to allow their kid to continue doing it! I really wonder sometimes.

Believe it or not a 2 year old - and who is to blame for that?
His own father gave him his first one when he was 18 months old.

You have to understand, that every addict 'knows' he is 'killing himself' but let's face it, they don't care: it's simply not as quick as jumping off a tall building.
