Every sleeping pill works different for different people. A lot of people respond well to Thorazine. You may also like Ambien or Lunesta. Personally, Lunesta is the only one I responded to. You just need a doctor you can see every month until you find the pill that works for you.

don't take sleeping pills just to help you sleep. Buy something called Melatonin at a Gmc store or take one or two benadryl before going to sleep. Sleeping pills are used to help people in pain and people with sleep apnea and other conditions. If you are experience either of those severely go to a doctor and he will prescribe medication if needed but sleeping pills are often addicting or dangerous. Just ease your mind before going to bed by meditation or listening to music.

i had insomnia for 2 years

Melatonin can increase estrogen, not sure what effect that will have.
For real use a very very small amount of marijuana before bedtime, that should help and in all seriousness will have much less side effects then the least powerful sleeping pills. I tried zopiclone and I would wake up, walk across my room shut off my alarm clock and go back to bed without ever remembering doing it. I only found out I did this because one time I woke up late for work and noticed I was holding my alarm clock.

You must see your doctor then he/she may figure out which medicine is best for you.

I just found this www.bizhealthdirectory.com on Internet few years ago and it's helpful. Hope this can do the same to you.
