Can someone tell me how these symptoms can be related? requests for a diagnosis !

Question: Can someone tell me how these symptoms can be related? requests for a diagnosis are annoying i know, sorry.?
the reason i'm doing this on yahoo answers. it's trite and annoying i know, these kinds of questions, but you see, most doctors suck. (they'll give you some generic diagnosis to get your out of their room because they know nothing beyond what they learned in school - i'm not saying doctors are stupid, no they aren't in any way, there are just some very important things that they don't teach you in medical school because our general cultural viewpoints regarding health are skewed towards financial gains)

i'll try to find one who's competent in the future, but right now going to the doctor is not really feasible for multiple reasons

please accept that and try to answer my question if you can/want, and if you don't don't post something telling me to go to a doctor

thanks

So i need to figure out what's wrong with me. maybe i'm paranoid but i have all of these symptoms and i want to know their cause

my opinion is that everything is related somehow, or a great deal of it, i just don't know how

these are my symptoms that i've experienced for most of my life

social anxiety and all its attendant symptoms (which may or may not be associated with the anxiety itself):
rapid, pounding and occasionally irregular heartbeat
fatigue
light/noise sensitivity
shortness of breath
sore, burning eyes
headaches
depression
heat exhaustion
unexplained (sort of) rashes
dizziness

other issues that don't seem to be related to anxiety (at least not directly):
digestive problems (i take REALLY long to digest, lol)
scoliosis
difficulty breathing even without people around (the usual cause of my shortness of breath). (always feel like i can't get enough air. i'm pretty sure this is related to the scoliosis)
i tire VERY quickly
when i was little my heart almost stopped, dunno if that was an incedental thing or related to something else
really weak bones... pieces of my teeth just kind of fall out of my mouth . gross i know

we these days tend to just diagnose each condition as a separate thing, but everything in our body affects everything else, and the most successful treatment for any ailment takes that into account

how can these things be connected?

anyone have any advice?

am i just unhealthy overall, or is there a condition or something that encompasses all of these symptoms?

It sounds to me like you have GRAVES disease, a thyroid condition. If you do, it seems to me you would also have foot and /or leg cramps. Good luck to you!

Personal experience

All but the dental issues are related to the anxiety, I would say.

Most disease is not due to nutritional deficiency.
Blame your genes.

most are endocrine related, such as depression (thyroid), photophobia (adrenals). bone weakness is also related to thyroid and adrenal problems affecting calcium metabolism. chronic tiredness and dizziness is both from endocrine and heart related problems, quick tiring and air hunger from lung and diaphragm weakness. all problems are likely from the same source-nerve interference due to your subluxated atlas vertebra impinging your spinal cord. see an hio method upper cervical specific chiropractor.

Everything seemed related to your anxiety issues until you mentioned the weak teeth. Now it seems the anxiety and all of it is related to another disorder. You sound as if you have significant dietary deficiencies. Guessing here, I would say calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, all of your omega fatty acids and your B vitamins are low. Lack of omega fatty acids and B vitamins alone can cause anxiety issues over a long period. Vitamin C is needed to absorb enough calcium to keep your teeth strong, and so on. My suggestion is to take a one a day vitamin (even a Flintstones) and convert your diet to healthy eating. Fruits, veggies, dairy. No sugar and little white bread. Give it thirty days and see if you don't feel significantly better. Everything you have listed here can be a component of dietary problems.

The first thing a professional natural health practitioner would do is evaluate your diet. MD's get no training in nutrition, so that would really be a losing proposition. But in addition to eating a wide variety of freshly prepared foods you also need nutrtional supplements to overcome the deficiencies you've developed. Cheap drugstore multivitamins aren't going to do it.
It looks like you're deficient in calcium, magesium and vitamin D3 which all need to be taken in combination to balance each other.
Your body is a synergistic system that needs to be in balance. If it's not, then all sorts of things go out of whack. If you've taken prescription drugs these also cause deficiencies and cause what's termed "iatrogenic" disease.
Your best bet would be to see a professional Homeopath or Naturopath. Treating/curing the cause is always better than putting a bandaid on symptoms.
