why people are so insensitive to not know or feel this? as see many people who just eat junk and fast food all the time and harldy ever drink water...and always drink cokes or similar.

how especially things like chocolate and other sweets make one feel after and why? WHEN BEGAN THIS TO BE POPULAR? and again, how affects thinking and how and why?

Answers:

Substances such as msg/monosodium glutamate, hydrolyzed protein (there are about 20 related additives with different names but they're all similar to msg or marketed under different names), and aspartame are toxic. Aspartame can cause symptoms similar to MS. Chemically it's linked to formaldehyde. All chemicals have neurotoxic potential, and some people are more susceptible than others.
Independent studies have confirmed that they're toxic, and independent health groups, researchers and scientists have been lobbying for years to have these additives banned. The chemical lobby has tried to suppress this information and so have regulatory bodies like the FDA.
The chemical/pharmaceutical and medical industries have been very cozy with each other for over a hundred years. It's all about money. The chemicals make you sick, and you run to the doctor for more chemicals. It's a great racket, isn't it?
Awareness about the risks of eating processed/packaged/junk food is increasing every day. There have been a few successful campaigns to remove hydrogenated fats from fast food outlets and it has been banned in a few North American cities. This is one example. There is a huge public awareness campaign about the dangers of high fructose corn syrup. Manufacturers reacted how? By removing the additive? No. They renamed it "corn sugar". Are we fooled? No.
Research done many years ago identified that most people will begin to crave certain fats and sugars if they're exposed to them and become addicted.
If people avoid sugar they'll find they no longer want it. In fact, they'll actually feel sick when they eat it.
Age old wisdom teaches us to enjoy things in moderation. People who live on a steady diet of processed/junk food experience increasing health problems the longer they continue. They do not look or feel healthy.
Some of them will wise up and some won't.

None of the premises of this question are true. Don't worry there are no "toxins", they're an invention of the Alt Med industry to make money selling ways to get rid of something that isn't there.

There are plenty of medical myths out there about food and drink additives. And there is very little evidence to support any of them.

There are no "toxins" in your food, relax.

your body doesnt like them
