Any actual and useful remedies for a young snorer?!

Question: Any actual and useful remedies for a young snorer?
I'm 19, I do have a bit of a tummy but not exactly overweight just a bit chubby, I don't smoke nor am I a hard drinker. I do use to have asthma but now I have mild bronchitis. I've never snored this seriously before and it does effect my sleep and my family (I share a room with my sibling). Please do help out! I never liked the idea of sleeping like this anyway thanks! :)

I'm a bit older, and quite scrawny, and I snore as well*. Most people do to some extent. Weight is only one factor, there are lots. I like to blame evolution or what-have-you, for giving humans a facial structure that is so similar to a musical instrument.

I suspect the bronchitis is playing a role - an antihistamine at night might help you breathe better, and if that doesn't work, give the antihistamine to the sibling so they can sleep more deeply ;)

*That's just between you and me, right ;)

Sleep in a quiet environment, not watching TV and listening to music or sleep. Even in the context of sleep disturbance, but also to ensure that when entering the sleep state, the voice of the outside interference is gone. This is the key to treatment of snoring. Start from the basic living of the people, after the others sleep, do not result in more than 15 dB of noise influence others sleep. Do not talk loudly with other people, because the fudge will have severe snoring. In severe cases, can cause breathing a short pause, the body great harm.

Look into "benefits of inclined bed therapy"...there is also videos on youtube on this amazing "natural" therapy. It helps many ailments and snoring is included.
