Is it a pill or a "capsule"? Tomorrow call and ask the Dr. if it comes in a liquid form- or if it can be divided and taken in pieces -- or crushed (or opened) if it is a capsule and mixed with something like apple sauce and eaten ---

i had this problem until i was 12,
my mom would crush it up and dissolve it in water but that is nasty
also one time she put it in a piece of banana and i just swallowed the banana,
either one will solve you problem!

just fill your mouth full of water...tilt your head back..put the pill in...and swallow all of the water..the pill will go with! Mashing it up and mixing with water is nasty id do that as last resort.

Break it into smaller pieces or dissolve it in water

mash it with a fork and drink it . thats how i do it :)
