Smoking Herbal Cigarettes?!
Question: Smoking Herbal Cigarettes?
Hello, I used to smoke Marlboro lights but found out that I had asthma the hard way, by smoking them. I have since quit, however, I still like the feeling of smoking. I was reading online and it said that Herbal Cigarettes were known to be used by asthma patients. I was wondering if it was safe to smoke Herbal cigarettes or if they would still continue to aggravate my asthma.

After quitting smoking cigs for many years, I had a bad craving being around a lot of smokers. I bought & smoked a pack of herbal (legal) cigs. I hacked up all kinds of nasty stuff - it had all the worst part of smoking without the nicotine - I never craved another cig after that though.
Well I would believe so , because even though your not inhaling rat poison smoke is still incredibly unhealthy and I'm sure can aggravate asthma.
Inhaling any smoke at all will aggravate your asthma, trust me. I deal with it every time.
