Worth it? nah.
The best cure for a hangover is time. Your liver has to catch up and metabolize all of the byproducts of the alternate processes of alcohol metabolism that the primary process couldn't handle.
Not easy to cure a hangover, but you can help prevent them...

You can try taking charcoal capsules - they will absorb the toxins in the alcohol. Another thing you can try is this stuff called Nux Vomica - it is in the health food store - it is homeopathy.
well it contains aspirin and paracetamol for your head ache, some bi-carb to help settle your stomach and caffeine to give your brain a lift.
Pint of fresh coffee and a bacon sandwich seems to do just as much good then go back to bed.
Big waste of money. Painkillers and plenty of liquids.
