I had this same problem. Get rid of all red foods from your diet eat only foods that are green and white.
No fruit sugar makes candidita grow. No tomaote,no red pepper,no corn, no green peas all have sugar.
Cabbage, meats, poultry,egg plant,green squash.
I hope I have helped you.

I have this problem for years.

Yeast thrive in moist environments. If you swim, work out, or sweat a great deal, change out of damp clothes as soon as possible. If your infections coincide with antibiotic use, that's the culprit. Antibiotics kill off all bacteria, good and bad. If that is your problem, start taking a good pro-biotic blend (such as PB-8) when you start taking the prescribed antibiotic. It may not prevent the infection, but should lessen the severity and discomfort. The best pro-biotics are found at health food and natural supplement stores. The ones you can get at Walmart and drug stores are not as effective, but again, better than none at all.
Pro-biotics are good for so many things, it is helpful to take them everyday, along with your multivitamin. At the very least eat yogurt with live active cultures every day. Doesn't matter if it is lite, regular, with or without fruit, as long as the container states it contains live active cultures. I have found pro-biotic capsules contain more concentrated doses of what you need, but any is better than none.
Doctors are so used to routinely prescribing antibiotics for everything, they are often surprised when I ask if they are really necessary, or if there is an alternative. Sometimes they aren't essential. I haven't had to take an antibiotic in more than 10 years! It has also been that long since my last infection.
I used to get them every so often, but now I know what to do. Hope this helps you!

Experience.

Eating a lot of sugar can tend to do that too. Also have you been on any antibiotics because that will do it. You can add to your daily life taking probiotics. You can find them easily at walgreens or any health food store. They may also be known as acidophilis. Just take it once a day it should prevent it. Another way to prevent yeast infections, which may sound odd, is to microwave your underpants for fifteen seconds. It gets rid of any remaining bacteria that may be on them after coming out of the dryer. Make sure to wear white cotton underpants as well. Nothing with dyes in them. But you know, I've had a yeast infection every single day of my life for the past two years. So I actually am quite jealous of you. But there ya go. Some tips.

it can sometimes occur just when you finish your period when you have had thrush (yeast infection)before. also if you are in a sexual relationship and you dont use condoms, even if you've treated with antifungal medication before, you can be reinfected by your male partner. men dont have symptoms they just harbour the yeast organism under prepuce. so best thing is for youboth to have course of antifungal medication and that will clear it up.
one alternative treatment is to use half cup of ordinary vinegar in a bath and just soak. no soap and no bath bubbles. if you just have a shower then use eggcupful of vinegar in sink and bathyourself with that morning and evening. despite what you might think it does not sting and you wont smell of vinegar as the odour goes away quite quickly.
but get meds and use a condom.

if you're not letting enough air get to your 'area' then you're more likely to get yeast infections. if you insist on wearing skinny jeans all the time you're not helping yourself. but try these few things - wash in a non-scented soap down there, and wear cotton underwear because it lets the skin breathe better. at night, take your undies off and wear loose pjs.

Skinny jeans don't cause yeast infections, period. They may aggravate it though. Just follow the other advice-- no sugar, keep dry, and take probiotics (google "apply probiotics topically") and you'll be fine.

You can't attempt to defy the laws of nature without paying the consequences.
