No PILLS and nothing that would do that for a week, but many things can induce coma or death-like states.

Anesthesias are the most effective and risky; never in a pill form.

Juliet was given a potion of mandrake in Romeo and Juliet so she could fake her death. Mandrake in real life is not so likely to do that, but datura and tetrodotoxin might...again, extremely risky.

Not a pill, but there is intravenous medication that does it. Propofol is an anesthetic that can put you to sleep, but the person would need to be closely monitored (this is what killed Michael Jackson)
