Adderall brings you up, and weed gives you more of a relaxed feeling. I've done both, but never together. If you're going to smoke, I'd wait until you come down from the adderall, and if you've been prescribed the adderall, maybe just skip a dose if you really want to smoke.
I wouldn't mix them, just to be safe.
You shouldn't be smoking weed anyway. And adderall is a serious drug. You shouldn't even THINK about drinking or smoking anything on that stuff.
