Tell her to stop using toothpastes with fluoride. No one really knows why, but fluoride makes them much worse and more frequent in some people. Won't help now - but might lessen the severity in the future.

Rembrandt makes a canker sore toothpaste without fluoride, and most health food stores will have plenty of options.

it makes it worse every time i try it to!! but i had a bad thing with my throat a while ago and i gaggled salt water to make it better cause my mom told me to and i search how much salt to use and it said "1 cup of warm water and 1 teaspoon of salt. if you use to much salt it have make it worse" so maybe thats it? to much salt? but the think i find best for cankers is i think its like hydrogen peroxide and poor it on a cotton swab and dab it on the canker wait a few seconds then rinse it off

Its probably not a canker sore. Its probably a fever blister or something else. Use lysine, HL30, and campho phenique. Alternate between those three. Don't use em all at the same time. Use them on different hours. That will work better than salt water.

The Canker Spanker is a pharmacist recommended remedy for quickly healing and preventing canker sores. I've been using it for a year and LOVE it. Anyway, Google them.

Order it and avoid having canker sores all together.

Dab some baking soda on it. Works like a charm.
