Yes, but if you take over 750mg - 1000mg in one day, depending on your weight and current health, or if you take large amounts daily for extended periods of time, you can cause ulcers in your stomach and bladder which will give you bloody feces and you could do permanent damage to your liver. If its just a one time thing though, you just shouldn't do anything that requires quick reflexes, a lot of thought, or being awake.

P.S. Keep in mind that vicodin, like almost all painkillers, is addictive.

yea... i mean your only getting 5 mg of hydrocodone (vicoden) and 500 mg of apap (acetophitomen). just be careful...
