Can Saw Palmetto increase body hair?!

That's a tough question... for some it does, for some it doesn't. What I mean is that DHT is typically what causes the hair to fall from your head (and often onto the back/shoulders), but while Saw Palmetto can help men to work with their Testosterone better, it doesn't always mean it will reduce DHT... most of that is going to be split between genetics, environment, and what you put into your body.

Saw Palmetto is great for prostate health regardless so it can certainly help (assuming you're not allergic, which is rare). If it helps your DHT levels to drop, it may not reverse the "hair fall", but it may prevent more from following. If you don't have a doctor that knows about supplements and can advise you on this, you could always give it a shot... you might get other results or you may get the desired body hair result.
