Apple Cider Vinegar against acne?!

Question: Apple Cider Vinegar against acne?
Does apple cider vinegar really help against acne? Did anyone of you try this before?
How were the results?
And I mean drinking the vinegar and also applying on the red spots.
Thanks for your answers.

I put ACV in my toner. I prefer tea tree and other herbs however. I put a small amount in the toners that I make. My toners are mostly flower waters, witch hazel, and and herbal oils. If you do use it make sure it is real. Not plain vinegar with some caramel coloring(which is mostly what you will see on the shelves). Make sure it is organic and raw and contains the Mother. Braggs is the most common brand.

As for the Trolls here, is this what you spend your life doing? Who would put acid on their face? the real question is. Who would use products filled with chemicals? By the way it sounds, you use things that are far worse then apple cider vinegar. How about some Dimethylamine(which is banned in some areas of the world), some Ethanolamine, and a little Diazolidinyl urea( I mean who does not like a little formaldehyde??). All are so much better then ACV..Right?????????

Basically, no.

While it may have a mild antibacterial effect, this is far less than say soap for example. Lemon juice is quite a strong acid but don't put it on your face as it's likely to damage it. (Saying it is 'natural' is utterly irrelevant, so is hydrofluoric acid and that will dissolve skin and bone!)

Acne scars for life. See a real medical doctor for proper treatment or you may be looking in the mirror in 30 years time and wishing you hadn't listened to internet pretend-doctors.

Here are many reviews of people with different severity of acne who have tried it and reviewed the product, have a look (:: http://www.acne.org/apple-cider-vinegar-…
I always go here before buying a product to try.

I'm with William. Putting acid onto your face is not the wisest of actions. You'll end up with chemical burns (what do you think a peel is?) and you'll look blotchy and strange. This kind of damage is not good for the skin.

Go and see a dermatologist.

Absolutely not. You should see a dermatologist before you're left scarred.
