Before, after, and if possible during meal,
you sit in seiza, the Japanese kneeled position.

Before and after exercise, you sit in seiza.

That will in time harmonize your metabolism.
It could be a boost or not.
It could be not the way you think 'it should be'.

Eat consciously.
Be conscious of smell, heat, your movements, the movement of the food, the movement of your cheeks,
do one at a time, be patient and persistent,
and then integrate the different awarenesses.

Take joy in what you start UNDERSTANDING.
Be conscious of what joy does to the body sensation.
Be conscious of what too much enthousiasm does with the body sensations.

'Average' is a joke.
It's a 'fake scientists' joke.
With UNDERSTANDING you will SIMPLY see it's only a joke.

Good luck

You may not notice any results for up to 90 days, which is about the average time it can take for anyone to notice a difference from taking any supplement. Everyone's physiology is somewhat different so no two people react exactly the same way.
If you incorporate some high intensity training into your exercise program you'll boost your metabolism even more and notice results a lot faster. If you want to metabolize more body fat avoid foods that contain gluten and sugar. It gives your pancreas a break and you can overcome metabolic syndrome.

Exercise is the best way to speed your metabolism.
Sea kelp may have little effect unless yur diet was previously deficient in iodine.
Try it but bare in mind that in order to lose weight you need exercise and a healthy eating plan which includes watching the calories otherwise sea kelp is unlikely to have any real effect.
If you are on any thyroid medication you shouldn't take sea kelp.

'Boost my metabolism', what does that actually mean?
If you think these pills will somehow 'speed up' your metabolism so you can magically lose weight, you are wrong.

You're wasting your time and money these supplements will not help boost your metabolism.

The only way to do that is to get out and exercise more.

There are not quick fixes to losing weight.
