It is not impossible to OD on tylenol. It is actually pretty easy. The biggest problem with Tylenol toxicity,if you don't die, is liver failure which is a miserably pain full and slow death.

Uhm, no, it is NOT IMPOSSIBLE to overdose on tylenol, and an overdose of tylenol can very easily lead to fatal liver failure. Eight tablets, or even less for some people, of tylenol pm taken within 24 hours can be quite fatal. Dead as in dead from excruciating liver failure which doctors can do nothing about because paracetamol toxicity is virtually untreatable unless you get the antidote within 24 hours. Not slow, eventual failure 20 years down the line, mind you. Death over the course of days or weeks.

Talk to a doctor about why you're even considering taking or taking these pills, and get help. There is no such thing as "safely" overdosing on paracetamol, so either you want to die a horrific death, or you don't understand how risky your behavior is. Either way, GET HELP.

You can still damage your liver, and other organs. Why would you want to take a lot of tylenol?
