Question: What can I do to heal soft tissue/cartilage damage around my adam's apple due to cupping?
What can I do to heal soft tissue/cartilage damage around my adam's apple due to cupping?
I did some cupping around my trachea and adam's apple. After cupping, my throat could not trap the carcinogenic or toxins in the air around me. I think it is due to a weakening or loosening of the cartilage and/or soft tissues around my adam's apple, trachea and larynx. What can I do?
