My girlfriend has appendicks problems will she be ok?!

Question: My girlfriend has appendicks problems will she be ok?
My 15 year old girlfriend got rushed to hospital a cupple of days ago as she was having bad belly pains and now she has to stay there for at least a week. She's got sists on her overies and internal bleeding aswell. Truthfully what are the chances she will die? Don't worry I just want to prepare myself for the worst ;/ xx

Answers:

appendicitis would be life threatening if not treated, but since she's in hospital and has been diagnosed she should be fine, they will keep her in for monitoring since she has other problems, the sists will probably be more of a pain problem then a life threatening one. not sure about the internal bleeding, but the hospital should have taken measures to stop the bleeding.

If she's awake she should be ok.
Appendicitis is different from ovary problems, I was rushed in once and was about to have my appendix or ovaries taken out and it turned out to be gallbladder sand which can cause stones in some people.
I went home and the pain went away.
The worrying thing here is the bleeding, but if they know what it is and they say she will be out in a week you know she'll be ok, she'll probably have something removed, maybe it will be difficult for her to have children in the future if its her ovaries.

If you are this worried why don't you phone her parents and ask them what is wrong with her to put your mind at rest.

I wish her a fast recovery ;)

you think negative you get negative results. you think positive you get positive results. internal bleeding can be stopped with emergency surgery; they locate the source of the bleeding and repair it. a cyst on her ovaries can be removed or shrunk by taking birth control pills for a short period of time. she will be just fine.

appendicitis can be lethal if not treated on time..she is in safe hands. Internal bleeding can make someone die if they do not go to hospital.

If they discovered cysts as well...they will remove them.

Do not worry...as long as she is in good hands.

Provided she does what her doctors tell her to do and avoids so-called alternative treatments, she will be fine.

she'll be fine
