Question: Epsom salt to make you poop?
If I use it as a one time thing to empty me out completely will it be bad.
I disolved 4 teaspoons of it into a glass of water.
It says to put 2-6
So I chose a number in the middle.
What does epsom salt do when taken?

I did not believe it till I tried it.
Normal salt will do also with warm water.
Try it according to your taste..too much and you puke..so better have large quantities of water. And stay near the bathroom.

Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) pulls water into the intestines, helping to relieve constipation. A safer method to relieve constipation would include eating lots of fiber (fresh fruits/veggies, whole grains), drinking plenty of water, and walking.
A tablespoon in a glass of water is plenty for most people. Yes, it will work.
