what are the bests ways to meditate?!


Question: What are the bests ways to meditate?
well i have meditated before but im just wondering fi you can give me any tips

Answers:

All that is required is a quiet place without interruption, and take 5 minutes or less to relax your whole body: arms,hands,legs,feet,etc. as you picture yourself in a most relaxing place that is pleasing to you.

When you are relaxed, concentrate on whatever you are seeking. Or on nothing at all. It can be very rewarding to block out all thought. Not an easy thing to do - but it can be done with practice. Start with a short time of 15 minutes at least.
