Question: Green tea helps weightless?
Ok so I have heard that green tea helps weightloss but is it true??
Here's my questions...
1)does it shred fat off that you have already?
2)if I drink like 3-4cups of it every day will I lose fat?
3) if I play just dance 2 for like 3 hours straight but drink the tea before will it help lose fat?
Here's the final question
4) if you know how many sweat points make a calorie on just dance 2 please tell me, would like to know
(I know #4 wasn't a question but who cares!)

The best way to lose weight is through regular exercise and a balanced diet. Green Tea can aid in weight loss by improving your metabolism. I usually drink 3 cups of Green Tea a day.
