Where can I find a certified Quantum Elbowologist?!

Sorry to say you've ended up in the boxing ring between conventional medicine and alternative medicine. As has been said, Quantum Elbowology is just made-up rubbish, and a few poeple here don't care if their sick joke hurts others.

Stick with the meditation, it will benefit you. Maybe try other simpler forms of meditation. Also, yoga is designed to prepare you for meditation. Try that and see if you get some improvement.

Something else you could try is a book called "The Journey from Abandonment to Healing" by Susan Anderson. (I don't know if it's still in print, but it usually shows up in a search on Amazon) It may give you some ideas as to where your low feelings come from, a better understanding of the emotions you are feeling, and it also gives you some exercises to help deal with it.

QE was an invention of a group of skeptics here in Yahoo Answers as a way to poke fun at the abuse of the word "quantum" and other technical jargon by cranks and quacks. Quantum Elbowology can be anything you want it to be because it does not exist except as a joke.

If you are suffering from low-self esteem and depression I would suggest you get professional help and counseling or even just talk to someone like your parents or friends (or even your clergy if you're religious).

Try a mental institution. Thats a good place to find a "certified" QE practitioner. Unfortunately they won't be certified in QE.
You'll struggle to find a credible QE practitioner because the practice....

It was a concept made up by a guy who I refer to as Mr. G to protest against alternative medicine modalities. He downloaded the qualification from thunderwood college which is not a real institution.

Have a look at the Facebook page. With a bit of reasearch you can put faces to the handles that regularly blog here. Quite amusing really. One of the guys has as picture which leads me to think I wouldn't want to leave my wife or child in a room with him alone.
Man I would not use that picture in my profile......

it's indeed hard to find any specific information about Quantum Elbowology.

Anyway, if you suffer from those mental discomforts since a long time, it's better to find some professional help.
Anti-depressants can help you in the process, even placebos of anti-depressants do a great job.

It is clear to everybody by now, that quantum elbowolgy is just an analogy to many other flavours of alternative therapies. But there is still an important lesson to learn from this question. And that is not to believe in absurd alternative ideas you find on the internet - no matter how persuasively they are presented. I'll star this question for that reason.

And as others have said, a visit to your doctor may be the best solution for you.

As much fun as I like to have with it (some of the fellows are 'hurt-you'-funny when they are on a roll) - - Angry Doc has your answer....It's made up....that's why you aren't going to find a practictioner, or a method for it...

I would see a physician, and or a therapist for the depression - and for the self esteem, be mindful that the best way to acquire esteem, is through esteemable acts.
