Question: What are wheat germ tablets for ?
Ive got a bottle of wheat germ tablets. 300. Its about 5 years expired. I know that most herbs & such lose a little potency over time but it wont hurt to take expired stuff.
Should I take them ? How ?
Or just throw them away ?

All I know is that some supplements don't have preservatives in them and so they can become rancid.I would throw them away if you can't find legitimate shelf life for it after the exp date.
My grandparents use to take wheat germ as a supplement to keep healthy.
