My wife did. She also did the shots and got better results with the shots than with the oral.
I am doing the HCG diet! I am on week 3! You can buy Oral HCG at most health stores. I would be careful what HCG you buy because you want to advoid HCG made in China or other coutires because its not regulated by the FDA and you want to make sure its REAL HCG. I am having success but not like most people claim. I know most people claim you will lose 2 pounds a day but I have only been losing 1 pound a day.
