Worrying about being sick is not healthy. The first way to maintaining good health is healthy thoughts. If you want to boost your immune system, trying meditating on it for a few days before the holiday. Focus on white light moving through your entire body, clearing out any darkness, invigorating every cell. You can also imagine an impenetrable shield surrounding you before you go to a function where there is going to be a lot of people. Most importantly, tell yourself you are happy and healthy, and your body is strong and capable of fighting off anything that comes it's way.
Yeah, me too. Except not just holiday, but like anytime I have to go somewhere, not very close. Sucks, sorry though for this not being an answer.
