Yes and no. Plants don't have glands like animals do (eg. no thyroid) so it wouldn't be an exact replacement, but there are plants that have nutrients that are beneficial to promote a healthy thyroid. Specifically, Kelp is a good source of Iodine (although you don't want to eat too much as excessive Iodine can be bad for your thyroid), Coleus Forskohlii is an Ayurvedic herb that helps nourish the thyroid, L-Tyrosine (an Amino Acid that can be derived from some plants) helps to nourish the thyroid, and even the B Vitamins (which are found in various plants, although most abundantly in Brewer's Yeast) help as well.
None of those are going to have exactly the same effect as ingesting an animal thyroid, but they will help to nourish the thyroid in the proper doses. Good luck and I hope I helped!
